Use the subject line “Grievance” and include your registered email, application reference or payment order ID, a concise description, and the resolution requested. We will acknowledge complaints promptly and work to resolve them within the period required by applicable law.
Privacy and account requests
You may request access, correction, updating, deletion, consent withdrawal, or account closure by emailing the grievance officer from your registered email address. We may verify your identity and may retain records where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial reporting, or another legal obligation.
