Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your access to Digital Kona and any information, payment, support, or application-assistance service you request.
Effective and last updated: 16 July 20261. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, using the website, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Disclaimer. You must be legally capable of entering a contract. A minor may use the service only through a parent or lawful guardian and where the relevant application permits it.
2. Services
Digital Kona may provide opportunity discovery, summaries of public notices, eligibility guidance, saved jobs, profile/document tools, reminders, payments, support, and application preparation or submission assistance. Features may change, be corrected, or be unavailable temporarily.
3. Your account and information
- Provide complete, current, and truthful information and review every application before submission wherever review is offered.
- Keep your password and OTP confidential and notify us promptly of suspected misuse.
- Upload only documents you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate another person or submit forged, altered, unlawful, or misleading material.
- You remain responsible for eligibility, supporting evidence, deadlines, and the consequences of inaccurate or late information.
4. Authority to assist
When you request application assistance, you authorise Digital Kona and its authorised personnel or providers to use the information you supply to prepare, review, and, where requested, transmit information to the relevant official portal. This limited authority ends when the service is complete, cancelled, or withdrawn, subject to necessary record retention.
5. Information and official sources
We aim to present useful and timely information, but notices, vacancies, fees, dates, links, and eligibility rules can change. Summaries and AI responses are informational. The original notification and official portal always control. You must verify important information from the official source before paying or applying.
6. Fees and payments
- Government/application fee: an amount set by the recruiting body, examination authority, or official portal. Digital Kona does not set or control it.
- Digital Kona service charge: the separately disclosed amount charged for assistance and platform services.
- Payment processing: online payments may be handled by Razorpay or another provider under its own terms. Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, or card PIN with us.
The total payable amount should be reviewed before confirmation. Taxes, if applicable, will be disclosed as required. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the rules of the relevant authority or payment provider.
7. No outcome guarantee
Payment or use of Digital Kona does not guarantee eligibility, successful portal submission, correction by an authority, admit-card issuance, examination results, interview, selection, appointment, or employment. Decisions belong solely to the relevant authority.
8. Prohibited use
You must not access another person's account, scrape or overload the service, bypass security, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected components, resell our service without permission, misuse official marks, submit unlawful content, or use Digital Kona for fraud or harassment.
9. Third-party services and links
Official portals, payment providers, messaging tools, and other linked services are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, policy changes, or decisions, although we will provide reasonable support for a service you purchased from us.
10. Intellectual property
Digital Kona's branding, original interface, software, and original content are protected by applicable law. Government notices and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the service for personal, lawful application purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account for fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk, repeated payment abuse, material breach, or legal requirement. You may request account closure through support. Closure does not cancel an already submitted official application or remove records we must lawfully retain.
12. Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by official-portal failure, third-party action, user error, force majeure, or reliance on an unverified summary. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first use our grievance process so we can try to resolve the issue. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the courts or consumer forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
14. Changes and contact
